It was one of our favorite tours of our 10 country trip. Daniele was wonderful.  I would recommend her wholeheartedly, an excellent guide. Was waiting for us at pier when we arrived, had great knowledge and patience.

My cousin and I just traveled to Belgium. We really wanted to see Castles in southern Belgium and realized it would be impossible to do it on our own. I found Joyce online and she was great organizing what we wanted to do. We told her a list of castles we would love to see and she gave us several options and price points. We visited the Castle de Jehay, Castle of Veves, and Castle Bouillon. She even made special reservations at the Castle de Jehay as it had closed for the season and was only open upon special request. It was open just for us! We had the Castle and gardens all to ourselves. We had a great driver, Stephan! And it was so nice having a personal tour guide and driver all day. We had lunch when we were hungry (no mandatory lunch spots like bus tours I have been on before) and she took us to the Citadel in Namur since we were so close during lunch. She even gave us tips for our upcoming visit to Bruges. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our time with Joyce and appreciated our tailor made tour of beautiful Belgium. If you are in Belgium you have to see the beautiful castles of Wallonia and Joyce is the best person to have with you on your journey!

We visited the Chimay monastery, where their annual cheese festival was taking place. We were also the only people visiting the Aulne Abbey ruins, which were hauntingly beautiful. Plus we got to sample some great beers that you can't find elsewhere. Joyce was a great guide who not only knew the specifics of the places we visited, but she also gave us a lot of background on the region

A very special day in Brugge today with you to Cristian. It was intellectually stimulating for all of our seven hours together and educational far beyond  experiencing the many wonderful sights within the boundaries of your city.  I am forwarding  this commendation to my friend who serves on the board of viking river cruises. They should be pleased to know  that viking provides so well for its customers touring Bruges which are conducted by you fluently in any of four languages.

"Oh what a wonderful job Joyce did arranging our day". We booked this tour from the ship 2 days before arriving in Zeebrugge. The ship excursions were outrageously high dollars so we decided to try Joyce. Our actual guide was George and he went out of his way to rent a van for 6 people and took us to Bruges tour the city. I wanted you to know how very much my niece and I appreciated and enjoyed Evellyne, our guide in Brussels and Brugges. With so little time, she showed us everything important and added along the way to everything we saw. She even brought books for our review to show us additional things she felt would be of interest to us. I would most certainly recommend Evelyne again to any future customers. What a lovely day out we had with Johan to the British Cemetery at Douchy Les Ayette- it was very special to accomplish a lifelong wish which would have pleased my late Dad who was only 12 when his brother was killed in the First World War.  Johan did everything to give us a lovely day and we enjoyed his company too and all the information he gave us. Certainly we would recommend him for a tour anywhere in Belgium.
