Fees may vary according to the number of passengers, driving distances, hours taken, high/low season etc.

Guide only

(no transportation, inclusive of all taxes)
Minimum charge is 150€ for a 3-h service
Full day charge is 250€ for an 8-h service (guide only, no transportation, inclusive of all taxes)
Extra hour @ 35€

Guide & Private Transportation

(inclusive of all taxes)
Minimum charge is 350€ for a 3 to 4-hour service
Full day charge is 450€ for an 8-hour service (1-3 passengers) depending on mileage
Maximum charge is 850€ (8 passengers for a 9-10 hour-tour, deluxe mini van, driver/guide, inclusive of all taxes)
All our private driven tours include the services of accredited professionals

Price includes:

Price is per tour and covers kilometres driven as per program agreed with client. Price includes parking charges & toll during excursions and tours. Prince include all services as per program  with English-speaking licensed tour guide and private deluxe transportation up to 8 passengers, air-conditioned, fresh water on long distance drives, chauffeur/guide lunch and diner.

Price does not include :

Expenses for additional sightseeing not included in the trip. Health, accident, baggage and travel protection plan. Guests’ meals, refreshments. Any other incidental expenses e.g. museum and monument admission. There is no refund for unused services or unused portions of the trip.

Payment terms: 

50% deposit via www.paypal.com at time of reservation. Remaining 50% in cash in €uro to the guide upon tour completion.

Itinerary Changes and delays :

You can count on the value of QualiGuides asbl’s experience and regional knowledge to make   sure you enjoy your tour even when conditions beyond our control occur. However, the  networks of bridges and locks, especially in The Netherlands, the weather, strikes, or other conditions and unpredictable events may sometimes require our guide and driver to make adjustments and modifications in the itinerary.  QualiGuides will not be held responsible for delays incurred by unforseen events (traffic jam, strikes, weather conditions or others).

Using the services of our private driver guides implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
