Joyce is a Belgium native, accredited Tour Guide for Belgium and a member of IATM. She's a licensed translator and is fluent in French, English and Italian, with a good knowledge of Dutch and Arabic. Moreover, she is an expert Adult Trainer with a passion for "Soft Skills". Joyce has acted as a guest relations manager in for a travel organization Luxor, Egypt and has been a free-lance tour guide for the past 20 years. Joyce has travelled throughout the USA and understands the needs and expectations of american visitors.
