Viorel is a Romanian native; he graduated from Bucharest University and studied Tourism and Philology in both Bucharest and Florence (Italy). He is fluent in Romanian, French, Italian and Spanish and has a good working knowledge of Russian and English.
Viorel has worked for QualiGuides since 1997 and conducted many cultural, VIP tours throughout Belgium and The Netherlands.
